About Our Platform

Arteria is a print-on-demand marketplace where products are created after an order is placed. Some products may feature artwork submitted by independent creators.

Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that:

- you are at least 18 years old, or
- you are using the site under supervision of a parent or guardian.

Products & Production

All items are made to order.
Because products are custom produced:

- production begins after payment confirmation
- slight variations in color, placement, or scale may occur
- mockup images are for illustration purposes only

These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Orders & Payments

Prices are displayed in SAR unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

- refuse or cancel orders
- limit quantities
- correct pricing or system errors

Payments are processed securely through Shopify-supported payment providers. We do not store full payment card information.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

- production timelines
- shipping carriers
- destination location

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because products are custom-made, returns are accepted only if:

- the item arrives damaged
- there is a manufacturing defect
- the wrong item was received

Requests must be submitted within [7–14 days] of delivery with photos.

We do not accept returns for:

- incorrect size selection
- change of mind
- minor color differences.

User & Creator Content

Users may upload artwork or designs.

If you submit your content as an artist, you grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce and use the content solely for producing and selling products through the platform.

You confirm that:

- you own or have permission to use the content
- the content does not infringe third-party rights
- the content complies with applicable laws.

We may remove content at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All website content including branding, logos, and design elements belongs to [Company Name] and may not be used without permission.

Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

We may use third-party tools for payments, shipping, analytics, and marketing.
